Description
The Hu-Friedy Paquette Scalpel Blade Holder is designed for palatal surgery and other procedures that use bowed blade techniques. It features an improved blade-holding mechanism intended for use with the bowed blade concept pioneered by Uohara-Federbusch, supporting controlled blade positioning during soft-tissue incision.
The Paquette blade holder is designed for use with one-half of a double-edged razor blade, allowing clinicians to shape and adapt the blade to the bowed configuration required for these techniques. Blades are not supplied by Hu-Friedy.
