Palti Sinus Lift Instruments

The Palti Sinus Lift Curettes are specialized instruments designed for use during lateral and crestal sinus lift procedures. They are used to gently separate and reflect the Schneiderian membrane from the maxillary bone and to elevate the membrane in preparation for graft placement.

Both working ends are intentionally dull to reduce the risk of perforation or damage to the sinus membrane, supporting controlled, atraumatic elevation. The curettes are available in two size variants to match anatomy and access requirements.

The Regular variant features dual scoops measuring 4.2 mm / 4.2 mm, while the Small variant features dual scoops measuring 3.5 mm / 3.5 mm. Both versions are supplied with #10 handles, providing familiar balance, reach, and control during sinus augmentation procedures.

Manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel, the Palti Sinus Lift Curettes are reusable and compatible with standard cleaning and sterilization protocols.

Clinical applications include sinus membrane reflection, sinus membrane elevation, and controlled preparation of the maxillary sinus during grafting and implant procedures.
