Osstell SmartPegs are implant-specific, single-use measurement pegs used with Osstell ISQ devices like the Beacon+to assess implant stability using Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA). Each SmartPeg is precisely engineered and individually calibrated for a specific implant system and connection to deliver accurate, repeatable ISQ readings.

SmartPegs are temporarily screwed into the implant or abutment and act as the active measuring component within the Osstell ISQ system. Their compact design requires minimal intraoral space, allowing easy placement even in narrow or challenging clinical situations.

Manufactured from a soft aluminum alloy, SmartPegs attach securely without damaging the titanium implant interface. The controlled softness of the threads protects the implant while ensuring precise measurements, which is why SmartPegs are strictly intended for single-patient, single-use only.
