The Jovanovic Bone Plugger / Periosteal Combo Instrument is a versatile grafting tool designed to carry, shape, sculpt, and condense bone graft material during extraction, ridge augmentation, and sinus procedures. Its dual-ended design supports efficient graft handling across multiple stages of regenerative workflows.
One end features a large, round 3.0 mm condenser for controlled condensation of graft material into osteotomies, ridges, or sinus windows. The opposite end incorporates a 4.7 mm concave periosteal-style working end, allowing enhanced shaping, adaptation, and placement of graft material.
A large Satin Steel handle provides improved balance, comfort, and tactile control, helping reduce wrist and hand fatigue during longer grafting procedures. The instrument is handcrafted from surgical-grade stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
