Description
The Hu-Friedy C36/37 Back Action Rhodes chisel is a precision periodontal bone instrument designed for controlled bone removal using a pull stroke. The back-action design allows bone to be removed adjacent to the tooth while reducing the risk of trauma to surrounding soft tissue. This pattern is especially effective in posterior regions where access is limited.
With a 3.8 mm working end, the C36/37 is particularly useful for removing bone on the distal surfaces of last molars, where push-stroke instruments can be less predictable and harder to control.
