A sharp, kidney-shaped knife designed to perform rapid gingivectomy and gingivoplasty procedures. It is used for:
- Reinforcing and thinning mesial-distal flap incisions
- Designing distal and proximal wedges
- Retraction of flaps during debridement
- Incisions that remove or recontour soft tissue
- Excision of interproximal tissue
