This Type I fibrillar collagen provides a three-dimensional matrix that activates platelet aggregation and fibrin formation, achieving hemostasis typically within 2–5 minutes. The loose fibrillar form conforms easily to irregular anatomy, allowing surgeons to pack, wrap, or layer it precisely where needed.
