Description
RTMFoam is a 2 cm x 4 cm resorbable collagen wound dressing with a 3 mm sponge-like thickness, made from highly purified Type I bovine collagen. Its soft, porous structure makes it ideal for managing irregular wound topographies such as extraction sockets, flap sites, and palatal harvest areas.
Engineered for excellent hemostasis and conformability, RTMFoam absorbs blood effectively while providing a temporary scaffold to support soft tissue regeneration.
It is particularly effective in palatal donor site management, where it helps control bleeding, minimize patient discomfort, and protect the wound bed. For enhanced healing and protection, pair RTMFoam with a cyanoacrylate dressing such as Periacryl for a suture-free closure option.
RTMFoam resorbs naturally in 10–14 days, eliminating the need for removal and simplifying postoperative care. Sold in a box of 10.
