Description
The throat pack that stays where you put it — and comes out in one piece.
Loose gauze throat packs migrate, collapse, and fragment. The C-Sponge Regular (CSR100) doesn't. Engineered from soft, highly absorbent polyurethane foam, it maintains its oval shape when fully saturated — protecting the airway, controlling fluid, and staying firmly in place from incision to extubation.
Used in oral surgery, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and sedation dentistry. Sold in bags of 100 — purpose-built for high-volume surgical practices.

Why Surgeons Switch from Gauze
- Gauze migrates. The C-Sponge's oval form and foam structure resist displacement even under active suctioning.
- Gauze collapses. Polyurethane foam maintains its shape when wet — no bunching, no gaps in airway coverage.
- Gauze fragments. The C-Sponge comes out as a single, intact unit — easy to confirm removal before extubation.
- Gauze is hard to see. The C-Sponge's distinct shape and color make visual confirmation fast and reliable.
