Atraumatic Extraction Kit

The Hu-Friedy Atraumatic Extraction Kit is a comprehensive instrument set engineered for atraumatic extraction procedures and implant-site preservation. Crafted in premium stainless steel, each instrument delivers the tactile precision and durability clinicians expect from Hu-Friedy. An IMS instrument cassette is included for streamlined sterilization, organization, and chairside efficiency.

Kit Contents (IMNATREXT)

• EPTSMS — Luxating Hybrid Elevator, Small Straight. A unique cross between a periotome and a luxating elevator, used apically within the periodontal ligament space to sever periodontal ligaments prior to extraction.
• EPTSMС — Luxating Hybrid Elevator, Small Curved. Designed for curved root anatomy; severs periodontal ligaments atraumatically within the PDL space.
• EPTSSP — Luxating Hybrid Elevator, Straight Spade. Spade-tip geometry for controlled apical engagement and ligament release prior to extraction.
• FAF35S — Extracting Forceps, 35N. Atraumatic forceps for upper canines and premolars.
• FAF36S — Extracting Forceps, 36N. Atraumatic forceps for lower incisors, canines, and premolars.
• CM2/4 — 2/4 Molt DE Curette. For curettage, cyst removal, and socket debridement. 3.6 mm and 7 mm working ends.
• NHCW — Crile-Wood Needle Holder. For grasping and guiding the needle during suturing. Recommended suture sizes: 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, 6-0.
• S16SC — Goldman-Fox Curved SC Scissors. For trimming tissue or cutting sutures. 13.5 cm.
• 10-130-05E — Scalpel Handle #5. For gingival incisions and surgical access. Provides fingertip rotational control. Measures 6" long. Compatible with standard blade sizes.
• P9 — #9 Molt Periosteal Elevator. For reflecting and retracting the mucoperiosteum after gingival incisions. 4.3 mm / 8.4 mm working ends.
• IM1002 — 6-Pack Signature Series™ Instrument Clip. Secures hinged instruments in the open position within the cassette lid.
• IMN4200 — 20-Instrument Infinity Series™ Cassette, Red. Long-lasting stainless steel cassette with soft silicone rails. Available in 100+ sizes, configurations, and color options.
