Choosing the Right Products

Successful GBR depends on matching membrane rigidity, graft particle size, and fixation method to the defect morphology and bone volume required. Titanium-reinforced membranes are preferred for large horizontal defects where space maintenance is critical. Combine xenograft or alloplast particulate with autogenous bone chips harvested chairside using the McBio B1 scraper for optimal osteogenic potential. Secure membranes with Pro-Fix screws or SuperTack tacks to prevent micromovement during healing.
